Understanding the CUET Colleges and participating universities is crucial for exam preparation. Many central universities accept the CUET scores for admission to the UG and integrated programs at the colleges. This year, more than 260 central, state, deemed, and private universities will accept the CUET results. Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Delhi University (DU), Central Punjab University (CPU), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), and Jamia Millia Islamia are only a few of these institutions.

In their CUET Application form, candidates must choose a few universities from the universities taking the exam. Depending on their exam results, the candidates will be assigned a college from their chosen university. Previously, the test was known as the Central Universities Common Entrance Test, or CUCET. It is crucial for applicants who received bad grades on their Class 12 board exams to be eligible for the CUET exam. Students can demonstrate their skills on this entrance exam and succeed in getting accepted to prominent colleges to study undergrad courses.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has released the list of CUET colleges & universities on the official website. To mitigate the increasing pressure of high cutoffs for admission to central universities, the central government is conducting exams for central universities. Earlier, the exam was conducted for the 12 core universities. More than 260 universities are accepting the scores for admission in various courses.

  • Candidates can select from a minimum of three universities on the application form.
